1 Service Scope

RevTicker provides a revenue operations terminal for SaaS businesses, including real-time analytics, event feeds, and operational monitoring features.

2 No Financial Guarantee

RevTicker provides software and analytics tooling only. We do not guarantee financial outcomes, revenue growth, churn reduction, dispute decisions, or investment performance.

3 Third-Party Dependencies

Service performance depends on third-party platforms and APIs (such as payment providers and cloud infrastructure). RevTicker is not liable for unavailability, delays, or data inconsistencies caused by third parties.

4 Acceptable Use

• •You must use the platform only for lawful business operations.
• •You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• •You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and account access.
• •You are responsible for the legality of the data you connect to RevTicker.

5 Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in recurring cycles. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already charged for the active billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevTicker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by the customer in the previous three (3) months.
